NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming
Neuro Linguistic Programming is widely known and mainly referred to as NLP. One of the of newest and most powerful technologies in modern psychology, it was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder from USA in the early 70s. Their study of the human brain and how it works led to the discovery of thoughts and communication processes which affect our feelings and behaviours. This in turn has led to the discovery of patterns of behaviour. Based on these discoveries, techniques were developed to alter how we think, feel and act in order to produce beneficial change.

NLP is not just about setting ourselves goals and outcomes. It is far more specific than that. NLP deals with the actual programming of our mind, in fact it is the instruction manual for our mind. It contains a set of tools that we can arm ourselves with for life.
